Export of pharmaceuticals, APIs and chemical raw materials, from the first step of the route to the last

15+ years in this field: export departments built from zero, complex regulatory dossiers, government tenders, and markets across several continents.

Which side are you on?

Two routes, two different problems. Pick yours and go straight to it.

What actually gets delivered

Every item is an outcome with a document behind it — not a list of duties.

Documentation is complete before transport is booked
A signed pre-shipment checklist
Your counterparty and end user are checked
A screening sheet with date, sources checked, and result
The product's control status is settled
A written classification sheet, filed to the product record
The registration path in your market becomes concrete
Document list, order of steps, and a time estimate per stage
Shipping responsibility and payment risk are agreed early
Written Incoterms and payment terms, before the PI is issued
The export unit runs without one person holding it together
Written process, forms, team training, and a formal handover

The compliance process

The largest risk in a pharmaceutical shipment is regulatory, not logistical. These three steps run before anything else, and each one produces a document.

  1. Product classification

Ordinary good, precursor, or dual-use item? Judged against origin-country rules, destination-country rules, and recognised international control lists.

  2. Counterparty and end-user screening

Buyer identity and real existence, sanctions and control-list checks, and whether the end user and end use are genuinely clear.

  3. Pre-shipment verification

Destination registration and the product's technical documents, verified before transport is booked — not alongside it.

What I will not do

These limits are not negotiable — not for contract size, and not for urgency.

  • No document whose content does not match the actual shipment.
  • No case proceeds while classification, screening or destination documentation is unresolved.
  • Supplier lists, buyer identity and price structure belong to the client.
