15+ years in pharmaceutical and chemical export
The work is the whole route: from establishing a product's regulatory status to the moment the money lands in the client's account.
Experience
15+ years in pharmaceutical and chemical export — a field where one incomplete document can hold a shipment at customs for months, and one wrong classification can close a case permanently.
Built a finished-dosage-form pharmaceutical export unit from zero: process design, documentation, team training, and a handover structured so the unit kept running afterwards.
Managed complex regulatory dossiers and government tenders, and worked in markets across several continents — from neighbouring markets to those with demanding regulatory authorities.
How I work
The compliance process comes first
Classification, screening and verification run before pricing. If a step does not reach a clear result, the case does not proceed.
Scope in writing
Before work starts, the scope, the written outputs and the boundary of each stage go on paper. What is out of scope is said plainly.
One owner for every next step
At every stage it is clear what happens next, by when, and who owns it. Bad news arrives with the new number, the reason, the options and a recommendation — in one message.
Confidentiality and conflict of interest
In this industry your commercial information is worth as much as your product. Three standing commitments:
- Information ownership
- Supplier lists, buyer identity and price structure belong to the client — during the engagement and after it ends.
- Overlapping engagements disclosed in advance
- If another engagement overlaps with your product or your market, you are told before work begins.
- No names, no deal details
- Client names and deal details are not published without written permission. That is why you will not find a single client name on this site.
What I don't take on
- A case where the end user or end use cannot be established.
- Producing or endorsing a document that does not match the actual shipment.
- An engagement where the scope is not put in writing.
